What a bumper summer we have for art lovers at our galleries in Rozelle Park.

As part of the 200th anniversary celebrations of the Royal Scottish Academy we have pulled out all the stops to bring visitors a top notch collection of some of the finest work in Scotland.

From our own permanent collection we have chosen work by ten RSA Academicians and for each artist we have borrowed another of their works from the Royal Scottish Academy collection in Edinburgh.

In fact, we have multiple events across the galleries themed with the RSA200 events. We have invited multi medium artist Bronwen Sleigh RSA, a graduate of the Glasgow School of Art, to stage an exhibition of the work which has made her a very much in demand printmaker with work hanging in galleries across the world.

A further stunning collection is on display from RSA artists associated with South Ayrshire Council's museums and galleries service.

The Maclaurin collection has also been called on to provide exhibits for Printmaking: A Recent History, curated by Ayr Master Printer lan McNicol and Michael Clark RGI RSW PAI.
